Suddy Detailing

Policies & Service Terms

Please review these policies before booking your appointment. These terms help us provide every customer with a smooth, professional detailing experience.

  1. 01

    Appointment & Vehicle Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available and accessible at the scheduled appointment time.

Please have the vehicle unlocked or be available to provide the keys when Suddy Detailing arrives.

If Suddy Detailing arrives and cannot access the vehicle or begin service because the customer is unavailable, a waiting fee, rescheduling fee, or cancellation fee may apply.

  2. 02

    Arrival Times

Because Suddy Detailing is a mobile service, arrival times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers will be contacted if a significant delay occurs.

  3. 03

    Pre-Service Vehicle Inspection

Before beginning service, Suddy Detailing may inspect and document the condition of the vehicle.

Existing damage may include, but is not limited to:

    • Scratches
    • Dents
    • Paint chips
    • Cracked or damaged trim
    • Wheel damage
    • Interior stains
    • Torn upholstery
    • Loose or damaged components
    • Failing clear coat
    • Previously damaged surfaces

Photos or videos may be taken before service for condition documentation.

Suddy Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become more noticeable after the vehicle has been cleaned.

  4. 04

Vehicle Wraps, PPF & Aftermarket Materials

Customers must inform Suddy Detailing before service if the vehicle contains:

    • Vinyl wrap
    • Paint protection film (PPF)
    • Aftermarket decals
    • Repaired or repainted panels
    • Aftermarket coatings
    • Other sensitive or modified surfaces

Suddy Detailing uses appropriate detailing methods and products based on the vehicle's condition and surfaces.

However, older, damaged, improperly installed, lifting, peeling, cracked, or otherwise compromised wraps, PPF, decals, coatings, or aftermarket materials may deteriorate during normal cleaning.

Suddy Detailing is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing deterioration, poor installation, defective materials, or previous damage.

  5. 05

    Products & Chemicals

Suddy Detailing uses professional automotive detailing products selected according to the vehicle's surfaces, materials, and condition.

Products are used according to their intended detailing applications.

Customers should disclose any unusual, sensitive, aftermarket, repaired, or previously treated surfaces before service begins.

  6. 06

    Excessive Dirt & Additional Charges

Quoted prices assume a vehicle is in reasonably expected condition for the service selected.

Additional charges may apply when substantially more labor, time, or specialized treatment is required.

    Examples include:

    • Excessive pet hair
    • Heavy mud
    • Excessive sand
    • Severe staining
    • Excessive trash
    • Heavy food or drink spills
    • Excessive interior buildup
    • Sap or tar
    • Heavy contamination
    • Other conditions requiring substantially more work than a standard detail

Whenever reasonably possible, the customer should be informed of additional charges before the additional work is performed.

  7. 07

    Personal Belongings

Customers should remove valuables and important personal belongings before the appointment.

Suddy Detailing is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle that are misplaced, discarded because they reasonably appear to be trash, or damaged due to an existing condition.

Important or valuable items should always be removed before service.

  8. 08

    Results

Suddy Detailing strives to achieve the best reasonable result for every vehicle.

However, some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, paint defects, etching, discoloration, or other damage may be permanent or may require additional services.

No specific result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

  9. 09

    Weather Policy

Because Suddy Detailing provides mobile services, appointments may be affected by rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe weather conditions.

If weather prevents us from safely or effectively completing your service, your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Customers with access to a suitable garage or covered work area may still be able to keep their appointment depending on the service being performed.

  10. 10

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers should provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, no-shows, or situations where the vehicle cannot be accessed at the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee or may require a deposit for future appointments.

  11. 11

    Customer Authorization

By booking an appointment, the customer authorizes Suddy Detailing to perform the selected detailing services on the vehicle and acknowledges the policies and service terms described on this page.
